About Us

Hi! I'm Jim and I like to make stuff. I'm a mechanical engineer by training and worked in industry for about 10 years, but I wanted more flexibility with my time once my son was born. I bought my first 3D printer in 2016 and started playing around with making toys and other items just for fun. That's now turned into 7 3D printers, a CNC router and a laser cutter all crammed into a 1 bedroom apartment (hence the shop name). Every product is designed, fabricated and assembled by me.
